The U.S.S. Delaware, named after the first state to ratify the United States Constitution, was a Pennsylvania-class battleship commissioned in 1910. The U.S.S. Kansas, named after the Sunflower State, was commissioned in 1907, and the U.S.S. Arkansas, named after the Natural State, was commissioned in 1911.
