"From ancient silver candle-snuffers to modern water nozzles, the evolution of the a fascinating journey through time. In 1688-89, a beautifully crafted candle-snuffer stand with snuffer and extinguisher showcased the intricate artistry of silver craftsmanship. Fast forward to 1935/1942, Marius Hansen's innovative water nozzle revolutionized irrigation systems with its efficient design. The Victoria And Albert Museum displays an Italian masterpiece from around 1550 - a bellows adorned with a chiseled bronze nozzle that exemplifies exquisite Renaissance craftsmanship. Meanwhile, Paris boasted its opulence in 1817 with a French Empire fountain made of silver gilt, enchanting passersby with its grandeur. In litho form, we witness the power and excitement generated by spinning and kicking at the mouth of a big brass nozzle. The image captures the thrill experienced by those who operate these powerful tools. Not limited to household items, nozzles have found their place in industrial settings as well.
